3. How are my keys handled? When should I give the pet sitter my keys?

A. We recommend giving your key to the sitter during the "Meet and Greet". If you are unable to do so at that time, we charge a $15 pick-up fee. We can keep the key on file if you travel often, or we can leave it in your home at the end of the sit, whichever you prefer. If you decide to have the sitter leave the key in your home, please arrange for a neighbor or someone nearby to have a spare key in the event that you are delayed.Return to Top

4. Does the sitter I meet personally care for my pets?

A. Absolutely! You will always meet the Pet Sitters who will care for your pets. Your pet sitter will offer an introduction to understand your pet sitting needs and to learn all that takes to keep your pet and home happy and safe. Also, we do not bring anyone inside your home other than the contracted pet sitter without your prior consent.Return to Top

5. What is the introduction (aka Meet and Greet) all about?

A. At the introduction we get to know you, your pets and your home. We will ask many questions and make meticulous notes on all the particulars of caring for your pets and your home. We present you with a folder which includes some testimonials clients have left for us, a service contract, a copy of our Pet First Aid certificate and other important information about our services.Return to Top
